During a session, you lie down in a comfortable position while Jade plays instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and uses vocals. The sound washes over you, gently guiding your nervous system out of a state of stress and into one of genuine stillness, whilst cleansing your energy field.

Sound baths and energy healing both operate on the same principle: that the body responds to vibration, frequency, and intentional stillness. A sound bath creates the conditions for deep rest, guiding your nervous system into a quieter state through live instruments. Energy healing works within that same space, supporting the release of tension, emotion, or blockages that the body is ready to let go of.
When combined, the experience goes deeper than either practice alone. The sound holds you, and the energy work meets you there.

There's no single answer, it depends on what you're looking for and where you are in your life.
For most people, once a week/once a month is a meaningful rhythm. Enough to feel a cumulative shift in your stress levels, sleep, and overall sense of groundedness without it becoming another item on your to-do list.
If you're going through a particularly demanding season, high stress, emotional processing, burnout, or poor sleep, more frequent sessions can be genuinely supportive.
Some people find that two sessions a week during those periods makes a noticeable difference.
If you're newer to sound healing, we'd suggest starting with one session and paying attention to how you feel in the 24 to 48 hours that follow.
Most people notice something, a quieter mind, heavier sleep, a subtle sense of having exhaled. That response is your guide.
At Lavvo, our sound bath sessions are available weekly. Your intro offer gives you the perfect opportunity to experience a few sessions close together and find the rhythm that works for you.

That depends on the session type you've booked. Some private sessions at Lavvo are designed for a solo experience, giving you the space and undivided attention that deeper work often requires. Others can absolutely accommodate a friend, partner, or someone you'd like to share the experience with.
